Hanna is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Solenne, with a strong background in both clinical and fitness-based settings. She holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, and brings a practical, evidence-based approach to supporting long-term health through movement.
With experience as both a personal trainer and clinical exercise physiologist, Hanna works closely with individuals to support chronic disease prevention, management and, where appropriate, reversal. She has a particular interest in metabolic health and understands the powerful interplay between exercise, nutrition and lifestyle behaviours in improving health outcomes.
Hanna has experience supporting people with a wide range of chronic and complex health conditions, including cardiovascular disease, obesity, metabolic conditions, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), menopause, chronic pain and autoimmune conditions. Her approach is individualised, compassionate and focused on building confidence, function and sustainable movement habits.
Through her work at Solenne, Hanna collaborates closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, person-centred care that supports long-term health, resilience and quality of life.
