Jessie holds formal qualifications in counselling and mental health, as well as human resources, which underpin her empathetic and thoughtful approach to people management. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources Management and Services), further strengthening her expertise in contemporary HR practice and organisational governance.
With experience across healthcare and allied health settings, Jessie brings strong expertise in HR consulting, onboarding, compliance management and policy development. She is known for her integrity, discretion and calm approach to complex and sensitive matters, supporting both leaders and team members with professionalism and care.
Jessie has a particular strength in communication, mediation and creative problem solving, and is passionate about fostering positive workplace culture, psychological safety and wellbeing. Her work supports Solenne’s holistic model of care by ensuring the team is well supported to deliver high-quality, client-centred lifestyle medicine services.
