Tania is a Clinical Nutritionist at Solenne, bringing a strong academic foundation and a holistic, client-centred approach to nutrition and health optimisation. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition), a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiology, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sports Science), providing her with a comprehensive understanding of human health, metabolism and movement.
With a deep interest in holistic health, Tania supports individuals to use nutrition as a powerful tool in the prevention and management of chronic disease. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based nutrition science, while remaining practical, compassionate and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
In addition to her clinical role, Tania supports Solenne’s day-to-day operations through administration and customer service. She brings strong organisational skills and a warm, professional manner to client interactions, supporting appointment coordination, communication and continuity of care across the practice.
Working closely within Solenne’s multidisciplinary team, Tania integrates nutrition with lifestyle, exercise and behavioural strategies to support sustainable change and long-term health outcomes, while also contributing to the smooth and supportive experience Solenne is known for.
